Terms of Service
Effective November 1, 2026
These terms apply to website, domain, and email setup services from Small Biz Digital Solutions ("we", "us"). Each project also has a written quote that sets the scope and price. If the quote and these terms differ, the quote controls.
What we do
We set up websites, domains, and business email for small businesses, and offer an optional monthly care plan. We work from the details and content you give us.
You own your accounts
Your domain, hosting, and email accounts are registered in your name and belong to you. Third-party providers bill their own fees to you directly, and their terms apply to your use of their services.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and content, and approve work before it goes live.
- Make sure you have the right to use any text, photos, logos, or other materials you provide.
- Keep your account logins secure and keep your contact details current.
Prices and payment
Prices are fixed in the quote before work starts. Work beyond the quote is billed at $75 per hour unless the quote says otherwise. Payment terms are stated in the quote.
No guarantees
We use standard setup practices intended to help your site and email work well, but we cannot guarantee that email will reach inboxes, that your site will have no downtime, or that it will rank in search results or bring in customers. These depend on third-party services and factors outside our control.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits, lost data, or lost business.
Ending services
You may cancel the monthly care plan at any time by emailing us. Because you own your accounts, you keep full control of your domain, website, and email if our work ends.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
